These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qallio website and Services. By using Qallio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Service Description
Qallio offers AI-driven phone answering, appointment scheduling, and communications services for businesses across the EU and globally.

2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or using our Services.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You agree not to use Qallio for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

3. Subscription & Payment
- Qallio offers a free trial and paid subscription plans, as described on the website.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or equivalent providers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; future billing will cease upon cancellation.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, software, and branding remain the property of Qallio or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
- Qallio is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qallio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Services during the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
- Upon termination, your right to use Qallio ceases immediately.

8. Modifications
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
